PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Physical education (PE) focuses on promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits. In middle school, PE introduces fundamental motor skills, sports, and the importance of regular exercise, creating a positive attitude toward physical activity. High school PE builds on this foundation with more advanced sports techniques, fitness planning, and health education, encouraging lifelong wellness. The purpose of PE is to improve physical health, enhance social and teamwork skills, and support mental well-being, preparing students for an active, balanced lifestyle.
